SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial management and will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our company.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records including but not limited to balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Stay uptodate with accounting principles and best practices Education/Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
  • CPA certification is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Team leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
