Job Description:

Dyer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking qualified Certified Nursing Assistants and Nursing Assistants for our Skilled rehabilitation/Long-Term care in Gibson County.We are currently hiring for second shift (2:45 pm - 11:15 pm). We prefer candidates with experience in long-term care and a current, valid certification. We also have opportunities to train for certification.Job duties include:* Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning and transferring.* Assist with recreation programs.* Prepares residents for meals and snacks, assists residents with eating as needed and records meal intake.* Reports changes in condition to charge nurse, documents in electronic record as required, reports all incidents and accidents to charge nurse.* Attends orientation and in-services as required. Participates in training, education, and staff meetings.* All other duties as assigned.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to Relocate:* Dyer, TN 38330: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
