  • CT Tech needed. 9A-930P THUR/FRI/SAT
  • Must be ARRT-CT certified
  • Must have at least 2 yrs of CT exp with travel or 3 yrs of CT exp with no travel
  • 75 Mile Radius Rule
  • DL required at time of submittal

    • Residency Declaration Form - Please require if nurse is working on a compact license
    • Tech Cert Verification - National and Copy - various licensure and certification requirements detailed for specific technician specialities
    • NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) - Nursys verification required as applicable (required for all RNs)

        • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file
